Christmas. Maggie and Rafe are here, Liz and Nestor and Ethan (now 1.5 or about)... more words, sounds, lots of interaction. Still very very cute, becoming more the handsome boy.
Farmhouse plumbing and electric in process. Slow. Basement floods and this is surely a wet season and Jeannette is very very worried: that may be affecting her general outlook, which is not good.
Shelly and Kaisa are officially engaged as of Christmas day. I have reservations for Chicago 1/6 through 1/13.

Noticing what may be a form of separation anxiety... (there was this thing about agorophobia, not comfortable going out from the house)... but I notice that I an a bit tense going out, expecting to be asked where I am going, how long, why, etc... and of course, that I am leaving, perhaps for no purpose at all and with complete disregard for anyone who is not coming and I'm not really inviting anyone, I'm going out, by myself...
